Paper&Pencil (App Store link) is a game app for iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, though it is sized only for the iPhone and iPod Touch). It contains a couple of classic paper and pencil games. There are no immediate plans for updates, but there might be in the future if the app becomes popular enough.
